Media Policy

This policy covers screenshots, cover art, diagrams, and other images used in Aura Dance Battles Guide articles.

Unique Images for New Articles

Every image added to a new article must be article-specific. A cover, gallery image, or inline screenshot assigned to another article may not be reused. The content gate blocks new cross-article image reuse before publication.

Sources and Permission

We prefer screenshots captured by contributors. Third-party media is used only when permission, license, or an applicable informational-use basis exists. We do not copy random images from search results; source and permission records should stay with the article work.

Accuracy and Context

Media must match the page subject and, for changing mechanics, the game version discussed. Cropping and compression may improve readability, but edits must not misrepresent gameplay, rewards, interfaces, or player results.

Legacy Images

Older articles may retain explicitly recorded legacy image assignments while the archive is improved. That migration exception cannot be used by new articles.

Send the page URL, media details, and permission or rights information through the contact page. Do not include account credentials or private data.
